EZTriPlan intends to establish a joint project with a leading international portal dealing in e-commerce that is interested in enlarging the scope of its activity and offering added value to its surfers. Today, online tourism is considered a leading field in global online commerce and draws enormous activity, second only to the gambling industry. Many portals with a business model built around e-commerce are on the lookout for added value products and services to increase their revenue and profits, without the need to invest in development and operation. The company’s strategy is to sign a marketing cooperation agreement with such a portal, in which EZTriPlan will be that portal’s operative branch for online tourism. The company and the portal will operate under one common brand name for which the company will provide maintenance, operation and development services, while the portal will address marketing needs. Profits will be distributed according to a preset formula. In light of the product’s unique abilities and advantages specified above, complemented by the marketing capabilities of the portal, the goal is to become a leader in global online tourism.

The company is presently completing software development. A pilot is scheduled for launching in the near future in collaboration with a major supplier of online tourism products.

Market penetration will be accomplished by region, in the following order: Western Europe, Eastern Europe, South America and the Caribbean, North America, Australia, New Zealand and the Far East, and finally, Asia, Africa and the rest of the world.
